Nutritionist - Naturopath
I consider “food as Medicine” and my main goal is to help my clients to take control of their health through an appropriate nutrition, tissue salts, Bach flowers and naturopathy and other disciplines.
I myself experienced extreme levels of stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances over the years. This had taken a toll on my metabolism, digestive system and general wellbeing. With disrupted sleep, energy at its lowest and an impaired immune system it had become very difficult to function.
And when my body started to give me symptoms that I couldn’t avoid any longer I progressively changed my lifestyle which led me to the magic world of nutrition, naturopathy and mindfulness.
Over time I ran an organic fresh smoothie parlour, organised raw food classes and juice detoxes (www.goodjujubar.com). Advocate of anti-inflammatory food, you can find some of my recipes on www.4pnutrition.com.

Nutritionist - Homeopath
I believe in “We are what we eat.” I encourage clients to ditch diets and enjoy delicious, nutritious, real whole foods. Passionate about nutrition, my goal is to empower people in their journey to health. My aim is to educate them in natural remedies, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I developed a great interest for herbs from a very young age and I now inform people of their benefits in my blog on www.alternative-medicine-at-home.com.
My own journey towards health, nutrition and alternative medicine started around 10 years ago when a friend suffered a heart attack at the age of 35 This propelled me to deepen my knowledge in Nutrition, Herbs, Supplements, Ayurveda and Alternative medicine so that I could help him to change his diet and lifestyle. After following the plan for a few years, he almost reversed the condition. From then on, I vowed to empower and help as many people as I can to overcome their chronic illness and lead a much happier and healthier life.
